I am an Assistant Professor of Philosophy at Creighton University in Omaha. Previously I was a postdoctoral Civic, Liberal & Global Education (formerly Thinking Matters) Fellow at Stanford University. I finished my PhD in Philosophy in January 2021 through the Joint Program in Ancient Philosophy at Stanford University, with the support of the ACLS/Mellon Dissertation Completion Fellowship in 2020.

Before starting graduate school in philosophy, I worked as a Product Analyst at IXL Learning, designing its English language arts curriculum and online testing interface. Prior to that, I was an undergraduate philosophy major at Yale University. I was born in Hong Kong, grew up in San Francisco, CA, and hold United States citizenship. I enjoy running, swimming, hiking, baking, and eating. My preferred gender pronouns are he/his/him or they/their/them.
